If it's your first visit, we will give you a short tour to acquaint you with our set up. After a quick introduction, discussion and some paperwork, we will show you around. We will also show you around the equipment to familiarise you with safety features and explain more on what to expect. Please ask as many questions as you like, we are here to help.
If your therapy requires it, we will settle you in to your own private area to get changed. Please keep on your underwear or use swimwear where appropriate. We will provide you with towels, so there's no need to bring any.
OUr staff will guide you to your therapy and offer more advice and information to comfort and relax you into whatever you are here to do.

Once your therapy is complete, please head back to the changing room and change. Leave any towels in the baskets provided.
