Welcome.
If it's your first visit, we will give you a short tour to acquaint you with our set up. After a quick introduction, discussion and some paperwork, we will show you around. We will also show you around the eCabin, to familiarise you with the safety features and explain more on what to expect. Please ask as many questions as you like, we are here to help.
We will settle you in to your own private area to get changed. Please keep on your underwear or use swimwear. If it makes you feel more relaxed, consider covering up with the towel. We will take the towel from you as you enter the eCabin. We will also provide you with some gloves, shoes and a snood.
We will stay with you through your therapy. The TV's can either be a distraction to take you away, or, as ,many do, you can focus on your therapy and breathe. The system measures your skin temperature constantly and when it senses the pre-agreed setting, it turns off. Sessions take about 3 minutes to achieve the skin temperature goals across the whole body.
Once complete, we will help you out of the eCabin and back into your towel if that's what you prefer. From there, its back to the changing room to get ready for your next adventure, knowing your body is working away at recovering.
